Job Summary: We are seeking a Cook for a leading gastronomy company, responsible for dish preparation, ingredient management, and maintaining hygiene standards, while supporting culinary leadership in various functions. Assisting in compiling ingredient lists and special dishes At RR.HH Cambridge, we are looking for a Cook for a leading gastronomy company located in San Isidro. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Prepare dishes requested by customers according to the menu, in coordination with the immediate supervisor. \- Assist the immediate supervisor in preparing lists of required ingredients and supplies for dish preparation. \- Inspect the condition of ingredients and supplies daily. \- Accurately combine ingredients and their proportions, as well as seasoning levels, to prepare food satisfying customer needs. \- Maintain hygienic food handling practices and kitchen cleanliness during dish preparation. \- Report remaining ingredient stock to the immediate supervisor after preparing the day’s menu and menu items, indicating quantities available for future preparations. \- Assist in preparing special dishes for inaugurations, re-inaugurations, and/or special events, as required by the immediate supervisor. \- Implement the FIFO (First In, First Out) method. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed technical higher education or bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy; currently enrolled in Gastronomy studies. \- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Cook. \- Knowledge of inventory and stock card (kardex) systems. \- Availability to work rotating shifts—morning, afternoon, or night—in San Isidro. **WE OFFER:** \- Base salary above market average. \- Statutory benefits. \- Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments. \- Rotating weekly rest days.
