We seek an organized, responsible individual with a good work pace, capable of maintaining high standards for every dish. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare and execute dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper organization of the work area. * Adhere to quality, presentation, and service timing standards. * Assist with mise en place and daily production. * Proper handling, labeling, and storage of ingredients. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Support other kitchen operational tasks as required. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience. * Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredient handling. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Responsibility, organization, and punctuality. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
