Job Summary: We are seeking an Integrated Management System (IMS) Coordinator for a metal-mechanical company, responsible for directing the development, dissemination, and implementation of procedures, policies, and standards of the Integrated Management System. Lead and coordinate the Integrated Management System. **COMEDSA Engineering and Construction**, a prominent metal-mechanical company located in the district of Puente Piedra, at the level of Zapallal Oval, is seeking an **IMS COORDINATOR** meeting the following requirements: **Requirements:** * Industrial, Environmental, or Occupational Safety Engineer or related field, certified at university level **(Registered and Licensed)** (mandatory). * Minimum **four (4\) years** of verifiable experience in this position. * Experience implementing the “Trinorma” (mandatory). * No criminal record (to be verified). * Residency in the district of Puente Piedra or surrounding areas, as the role requires on-site work (mandatory). * Immediate availability for on-site work upon commencement. * **Availability to work Monday through Saturday.** * Two (2) years of experience in metal-mechanical companies (plant setting). **We Offer:** * Full payroll registration with 100% benefits effective from the first day of employment. * Training programs * Positive work environment * Opportunity for continuous learning and career path. Responsibilities: * Direct the development of procedures, work instructions, policies, and protocols for each operational process in coordination with process owners. * Responsible for submitting developed documents for review and approval by top management, as appropriate. * Responsible for disseminating approved procedures, processes, and work instructions to respective area heads for immediate implementation. * Responsible for participating in the study and analysis of new procedures and work methods. * Responsible for identifying deviations and communicating them to respective area heads or process owners for prompt correction. * Responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with IMS-established performance indicators. * Responsible for developing the schedule for internal and external audits and tracking its execution, in coordination with management and top management. * Responsible for coordinating, leading, and managing internal or external audits. * Responsible for coordinating the development of the training program covering topics related to Quality, Environment, Road Safety, and Occupational Health and Safety. * Responsible for enforcing Law No. 29783 and its amendments. * Responsible for identifying new applicable legal requirements (Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality), ensuring their implementation and compliance. * Responsible for developing organization-aligned strategies to raise staff awareness based on identified deviations. * Responsible for reporting to top management on the status of required standard implementation and maintenance through the Management Review Report. * Responsible for maintaining physical and digital document control within the organization. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality regulations, and enforce them.
