Cost and Budget Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a licensed Civil Engineer with experience in cost estimation, budgeting, planning, and execution of civil construction projects, responsible for preparing budgets, reports, and progress valuations. Team integration REQUIREMENTS: * Licensed and duly registered Civil Engineer. * Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the role after obtaining licensure. * Experience in cost estimation and budgeting. * Proficiency in MS PROJECT, AutoCAD, BIM methodology, P6, Powercost, and S10\. * Experience in planning, Last Planner, and Lookahead. * Experience in execution of civil works, infrastructure, pavement, and earthworks. * Familiarity with PMBOK. * Experience and knowledge of Power BI. * Experience in preparing operational reports. * Ability to read construction drawings and perform quantity take-offs, knowledge of productivity rates, construction processes, and suppliers. * Willingness to work on-site in Callao. * Immediate availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation of budgets and proposals. * Analysis and reporting of schedule variance. * Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports. * Development of actual and target APU (Unit Price Analysis). * Comparison of actual versus target budget. * Collection of quality and work reports. * Preparation of progress valuations for clients and subcontractors. * Coordination with Project Managers regarding personnel, vehicle, and equipment entry. * Development of Power BI dashboards for project progress and valuation.
