Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant for Tanta – New Airport, who will deliver a high-quality dining experience with agile and personalized service. Key Highlights: 1. Growth opportunities within the group **At Acurio Restaurantes, we are looking for top talent to join our service team as a Customer Service Assistant (Table Service) at Tanta – New Airport, aiming to deliver a high-quality dining experience in a restaurant format, ensuring agile, personalized, and brand-standard-aligned service.** **Responsibilities:** * Provide direct table service to customers, ensuring a warm and efficient experience. * Take orders and process payments accurately. * Perform cashier duties (opening, sales recording, and closing). * Assist with order delivery, ensuring proper presentation and quality. * Prepare beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) according to brand standards. * Provide multifunctional support across various service areas (dining room, bar, cashier). **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in restaurant service, table service, or similar roles. * Cashier and/or beverage preparation experience is preferred. * Basic/intermediate English level (preferred). * Availability to work rotating shifts (opening, midday, and overnight). * Strong service orientation, good communication skills, energy, and teamwork. * Adaptability to perform various functions within operations. **Benefits:** * Full payroll registration from day one. * Meals provided during shifts. * Additional income from tips. * Growth opportunities within the group. * Experience in a restaurant format at the new airport. * Exposure to serving national and international customers. **Important:** Acurio Restaurantes does not request payments, transfers, or confidential information (such as bank details or passwords) at any stage of the selection process.
