Providing an efficient and high-quality service experience **CUSTOMER EXPERT (Customer Service)** A prominent company in the **financial sector** is seeking talented individuals to serve as **Customer Service Experts**, focused on delivering an outstanding customer service experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service in the financial sector. * Resolution of inquiries, questions, and requests. * Providing an efficient and high-quality service experience. **Training and Nesting Schedule (48 hrs):** * Monday: 7:30 am – 6:30 pm * Tuesday to Friday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm * Duration: 5 weeks **Operational Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm * Saturday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm * Sunday: OFF **Benefits:** * Salary: S/1700 * Fixed bonus: S/150 * Performance bonus up to 15% * Attendance bonus up to 10% * Food card: S/260 * Hiring Bonus: S/1500 **Work Modality:** On-site in Surco If you seek stability and growth in the financial sector, this is your opportunity.
