Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineering and Maintenance Manager to supervise operations, lead projects, train staff, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the development of new products and projects. 2. Supervise the operation and adjustment of industrial machinery. 3. Manage and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance. **ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER:** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Over 30 years of age · Mechanical Engineer / Industrial Engineer · Knowledge of: o Die-making/molds o Industrial machinery o Process control o Personnel administration o Computer skills (Word, Excel) o Maintenance management software · Experience with blow molding, injection molding, and die-making machinery. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Daily supervision of production machinery operation and adjustment. · Train and guide shift supervisors on technical matters. · Lead and carry out the development of new products and projects. · Provide clients with all deliverables related to new product development. · Address various technical inquiries from clients regarding their molds. · Jointly verify mold condition after production with Quality, Die-making, and Production departments. · Manage and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities. · Approve and review procurement for the Maintenance Department. · Supervise maintenance personnel. · Report to Management on each completed development. · Supervise proper functioning of mechanical, electrical, and electronic devices and equipment across all company departments. · Monitor new product production during both development and pilot batch stages. · Implement the preventive maintenance schedule and promptly perform corrective maintenance upon request. · Comply with and enforce the Internal Regulations (RIT) and Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (RISST). · Perform other duties assigned. **BENEFITS:** Formal employment contract from the first day of work, including all statutory benefits. **PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR SALARY EXPECTATIONS IN YOUR CV** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
