Drafting technical reports and administrative support ELECTROMECHANICAL SERVICES COMPANY REQUIRES TO HIRE: ONE (01) EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT FUNCTIONS: * **Schedule Management:** Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring adherence to the executive’s agenda. * **Logistics Management:** Coordinate with technical staff. * **Communications and Correspondence:** Handle emails, phone calls, and visitor接待. * **Document Drafting:** Prepare technical reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and formal emails. * **Administrative Support:** Organize document filing, manage travel and per diems, and issue receipts. * **Coordination and Follow-up:** Track commitments assumed by executives and coordinate across different company departments. REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduates in Business Administration or related fields; or currently enrolled in the 8th semester of university studies. \- Proactive. \- Attach documented CV.
