Job Summary: We are seeking an Extrusion Machine Operator to join our Plastic Bags Production team, responsible for operating extrusion machinery and quality control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and adjustment of plastic extrusion machinery 2. Quality control and safety in sheet production 3. Handling of measuring instruments and raw material mixing **Koreanca S.A.C. – Flexible Packaging and Supplies Industry** We are looking for qualified talent to join our Production team in the following position: **EXTRUSION MACHINE OPERATOR** **Department:** Plastic Bags Production **Employment Regime:** Rotating 4x3 schedule (four working days followed by three days off) **Profile Requirements** * Minimum of **two (02) years** of experience in **plastic extrusion processes**. * Proficiency in using **measuring instruments**, such as micrometers, dynamometers, or similar tools. * Knowledge of **raw material blending** and regulation of **extrusion parameters**. **Main Responsibilities** * Start up and commission extrusion machinery, ensuring sheet width and thickness comply with technical specifications. * Perform thickness control using a micrometer and verify proper sheet treatment. * Monitor and adjust operational parameters of the line (temperatures, speeds, winding, among others). * Operate extrusion machinery in compliance with established quality and safety standards. * Verify proper line operation and appropriate use of materials according to the formulation defined by Production Planning and Control. * Execute line startups and shutdowns in accordance with current procedures. * Conduct finished product inspections (thickness, treatment level, among others). * Carry out other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Medical insurance. * Negotiable remuneration, commensurate with experience and competencies. * Bonuses.
