Position Summary: This role involves conducting food sampling, hygienic-sanitary inspections, preparing documentation, supervision, and audits across various sectors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct food sampling and hygienic-sanitary inspections. 2. Prepare inspection documents and non-conformance reports. 3. In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Perform food sampling and hygienic-sanitary inspection activities. * Conduct inspection, sampling, and shipment of hydrobiological products. * Prepare inspection-related documents. * Report non-conformances identified during inspections to the team leader and/or Coordinator. * Conduct supervision and audits. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the following fields: Fisheries Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, Fisheries Sciences, Biological Sciences, or related disciplines. * Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in companies within the sector. * Availability to work rotating shifts and travel. **Additional Information** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Corporate agreements. * Applicable SGS benefits.
