In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description** * Perform food sampling and hygienic-sanitary inspection activities. * Prepare inspection-related documents. * Report non-conformities identified during inspections to the team leader and/or Coordinator. * Conduct audit supervision. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in one of the following fields: Fisheries Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Fisheries Sciences, Biological Sciences, or related disciplines. * Minimum of one (1) year of mandatory experience in companies within the sector. * Availability to work rotating shifts and travel. **Additional Information** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Corporate agreements. * Applicable SGS benefits.
