Job Summary: Newrest is seeking personnel to perform cleaning and disinfection tasks for areas, equipment, and utensils, maintaining order and supporting diverse activities related to hygiene and tableware in a catering environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform cleaning and disinfection of areas and equipment. 2. Maintain order and hygiene of utensils and tableware. 3. Support various activities assigned by supervisor. Newrest is a multinational catering company, currently operating in over 58 countries and present in Peru for 13 years. Focused on gastronomy, our operations span Air Catering, Concessions, and Remote Site Services — covering food service, maintenance, and hospitality within the latter. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * And/or relevant work experience validating and substantiating knowledge. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar positions. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Clean assigned areas according to established standards. * Perform cleaning and disinfection tasks for assigned equipment, utensils, and areas. * Maintain order of assigned equipment, utensils, and areas. * Collect waste from assigned areas. * Scrape food residue from trays; separate food waste and liquids from tableware; sort tableware by type * (plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.). * Manually wash pre-scraped tableware and utensils using the designated detergent, controlling quantities according to the washing procedure. * Dry and disinfect tableware used in each service. * Perform weekly bleaching of all tableware, glasses, and trays—or as scheduled per contract. * Support activities assigned by immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Base salary + bonuses + 100% covered meals. * Monthly payments. ***Newrest is an inclusive company committed to hiring individuals with diverse abilities*** Employment Type: Full-time Application Questions: * IN WHICH DISTRICT DO YOU LIVE? * WHAT IS YOUR SALARY EXPECTATION? * HOW MUCH EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE IN THIS POSITION? * PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR MOBILE NUMBER FOR CALLS/WHATSAPP AND YOUR DNI NUMBER Work Location: On-site employment
