Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Clerk with inventory management and logistics expertise to ensure proper scheduling, tracking, and control of products. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking: WAREHOUSE CLERK Availability to work as a float employee (rotation across all stores) Requirements: **Requirements:** \- Experience with INFOREST \- Knowledge of inventory control, Kardex, and purchase orders. \- Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. \- Immediate and full-time availability to work on ROTATING SHIFTS (store opening and closing) from Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week. **Main Responsibilities:** · Schedule purchases from suppliers according to each product’s turnover rate (raw materials, supplies, merchandise, and packaging\-containers) and required quantities based on inventory levels. · Submit purchase requests in the Infoback System according to the schedule, ensuring timely follow-up. · Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse teams regarding any modifications to orders, delivery dates, and times (if applicable). · Review requisitions submitted by various operational departments. · Process requisitions in the Infoback System in real time, bearing in mind that physical deliveries require immediate system entries. · Ensure received products comply with quality standards and ordered quantities. · Enter receiving documentation into the Infoback System, reconciling virtual records with physically received items. · Unload and inspect products delivered by suppliers, then store them in the appropriate warehouses (dry, refrigerated, or frozen, as applicable). · Ensure proper product rotation in storage according to the FEFO system (First Expired, First Out).
