




**Responsibilities:** * Responsible for receiving, cleaning, and distributing kitchen supplies. * Responsible for preparing all kitchen side dishes. * Responsible for cleaning kitchen refrigerators and freezers. * Responsible for keeping shelves and worktables clean. * Assists the chef in preparing cold and hot foods. * Temporarily replaces the chef when absent. * Assists the chef in buffet setup. * Responsible for preparing juices, sandwiches, fruit cuts, carvings, * and side dishes. * Knowledge of food handling and preservation required. * Any other tasks assigned by the department head. **Requirements:** * Culinary studies. * More than 2 years of experience in a similar position.
