




Monitor ingredient inventory, expiration dates, and report shortages. Strictly comply with health regulations, cleaning, washing, and disinfection of service and utensils. Prepare the list of supplies needed for the menu. Have knowledge of portion sizes and food distribution for menu preparation. Perform mise en place. Assist in dish preparation, preferably with knowledge of Creole cuisine. Position type: Full-time. Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,900.00 per month. Work location: On-site employment.
