Participate in the maintenance and use of the facility and equipment Clínica Providencia is seeking top talent to join its Nutrition Team as a **Kitchen Assistant (Temporary – 1 month)**. ***Responsibilities:*** * Select and verify the condition of ingredients prior to preparation. * Assist in pre-preparation and cutting of ingredients for various corresponding preparations. * Prepare meals according to dietary prescriptions in the absence of the cook. * Serve food for distribution. * Assist in distributing diets to nutrition assistants for patient care in hospitalization services. * Prepare and serve snacks for on-duty staff according to requested rations, as recorded in the registration form. * Perform daily and continuous cleaning of the work area and wash all utensils used in food preparation on a daily basis. * Participate in the maintenance and use of the facility, equipment, and work materials, reporting any malfunctions. * Maintain a clean and orderly environment, complying with hygiene procedures. * Participate in pest prevention and control. * Ensure proper maintenance and use of work equipment and materials. * Report any malfunction or damage to the Nutritionist for repair or replacement. * Daily register and update the Food Control Kardex and control forms. ***Requirements:*** * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a kitchen assistant, preferably in clinics or hospitals. * Completed secondary education. * Basic knowledge of Good Food Handling Practices (desirable). * Availability to work Monday through Sunday (with one rotating day off per week), 48 hours per week, in the district of San Miguel. * Willingness to obtain a health certificate. ***Benefits:*** * Compensation of 1300 to 1500 soles. * Formal employment with full statutory benefits from the first day of work. * Biweekly and timely payments. * Discounts on medical services at the clinic for you and your immediate family. * Access to corporate discounts.
