We specialize in the production, industrialization, and commercialization of high-quality vegetables for well-known supermarkets and restaurants across Peru. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical graduate in Biology, Microbiology, Food Industry and/or Analytical Laboratory. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * English language knowledge preferred. * Prior experience in this position or related roles preferred (not mandatory). * Knowledge of BPM, HACCP, Hygiene and Sanitation, and ISO 17025. * Familiarity with ISO 17025, ISO 22000, and BRC standards preferred. * Understanding of food industry production processes. * Responsible, punctual, organized individual with a strong willingness to learn. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct sampling, analysis, monitoring, and reporting of results for surface monitoring (living and inert), products (raw materials, inputs, and finished products), and environmental conditions within the laboratory. * Prepare reports and maintain statistical control of analysis results—both internal and outsourced. * Ensure optimal traceability of microbiological monitoring results. * Develop and update procedures, records, instructions, etc., applicable to the internal laboratory and products under development. * Perform other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Full payroll registration from date of hire. * Job stability. * **Market-competitive salary: S/ 1,200.00** * **Mobility Bonus: S/ 120.00** * **Food Bonus: S/ 90.00** * All legally mandated benefits under the General Regime. * Full gratification payment. * CTS payment. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Private Health Insurance (SCTR). * EsSalud. * Etc.
