Responsibilities Preparation and assembly of a variety of maki rolls, adhering to Goldfish standards. Attention to flavor, texture, and presentation of each dish. Maintenance of a clean, organized, and fully operational workstation. Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. Constant coordination and collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow. Requirements Minimum verifiable experience of 6 months as a maki roller or in Nikkei cuisine. Ability to work under pressure and maintain order in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
