RESPONSIBILITIES \- Preparation of pastry doughs and base mixtures \- Shaping and decorating cookies \- Preparation of base fillings \- Maintaining quality control and labeling of ingredients, products, and desserts \- Organization and cleaning within the work area throughout the entire work shift \- Recording all produced and baked items, as well as any potential losses \- Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor REQUIREMENTS \- Technical professional degree in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, Pastry, or related fields \- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions \- Availability to work rotating shifts: **3 DAYS SHIFT 6 AM TO 2:30 PM AND 3 DAYS SHIFT 11 AM TO 7:30 PM** \- Personal attributes: Proactive, organized, team-oriented, responsible, communicative, punctual \- Age: 18 to 30 years old \- Valid health certificate BENEFITS \- Corporate discounts \- Uniforms \- MYPE payroll registration If you would like to join our team, apply now!
