




Hello! We are looking for a new team member for our pastry department in our kitchen, for our restaurant located in the Barranco District. The working hours are split shifts, including lunch and dinner service. REQUIREMENTS Graduate of a Gastronomy program or at least one year of proven experience in the position. Demonstrable experience using cutting tools, cooking techniques, kitchen utensils, and baking trays and oven-safe containers. Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (griddle, oven, boiling, etc.). Ability to follow all sanitary procedures. Teamwork skills. Health Certificate (time allowed for processing). Immediate availability to work split shifts. Responsibility, punctuality, and organization. RESPONSIBILITIES Organize workstations with all necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment. Prepare ingredients for cooking. Ensure excellent presentation by decorating dishes before service. Maintain a hygienic and orderly kitchen environment. Ensure all food and other products are properly stored. Check ingredient quality. Monitor inventory levels and place orders with the warehouse when supplies run low.
