Positive work environment and continuous training **JOB DESCRIPTION** A company dedicated to glass manufacturing and installation requires PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS who meet the following requirements: * Technical or incomplete studies (Mandatory) * 6 months of experience in production and/or glass installation * Minimum experience in cargo handling * Employment certificates demonstrating relevant experience * Residence in areas adjacent to the Callao district * Availability to work ROTATING SHIFTS * Loading and unloading of glass RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in various plant areas during glass processing * Comply with norms and procedures regarding Comprehensive Safety * Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned work areas * Participate in maintenance tasks for assigned machinery * Support quality control activities * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor WE OFFER: * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits * Transportation allowance starting from the 3rd month (subject to evaluation) * 100% covered lunch * Overtime pay * Positive work environment and continuous training PERSONAL COMPETENCIES: * Responsibility * Punctuality * Commitment * Teamwork * Proactivity Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
