We are currently seeking a **Production Construction Process Superintendent**: **Function:** Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling the construction process activities of the project, ensuring strict compliance with required technical specifications. **REQUIREMENTS**: **Academic Qualification:** * Bachelor's degree in Naval, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related fields **Experience:** * *General*: Minimum three (03\) years in companies or state entities. * *Specific*: Two (02\) years in positions with similar characteristics and responsibilities. **Essential Knowledge:** * Advanced office software proficiency * Basic English proficiency * AutoCAD proficiency * Ability to read and produce engineering drawings * Project management knowledge **Additional Competencies:** * Commitment * Goal-oriented mindset * Teamwork **IMPORTANT**: Availability for on-site work in Callao.
