Job Summary: Operate, adjust, and supervise packaging machines and other equipment to ensure operational continuity, product quality, and food safety. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and adjustment of packaging machines in Cold Pressed juice plant 2. Support in operating Cold Press presses and other process equipment 3. In-line quality control and basic equipment maintenance 1\. Job Purpose Operate, adjust, and supervise the proper functioning of packaging machines and other production process equipment to ensure operational continuity, product quality, food safety, and adherence to the production plan in a Cold Pressed Juice plant. 2\. Academic Qualifications Technical degree in Industrial Mechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Electricity, or related fields. **Residence in areas near SAN LUIS (desirable)** 3\. Experience Required: * Minimum 1–2 years operating packaging machines in food or beverage plants. * Experience in liquid filling lines is highly valued. Desirable: * Experience in environments compliant with GMP, HACCP, or similar certifications. 4\. Competencies * Operation of filling, capping, and labeling machines. * Basic mechanical adjustments (pneumatics, sensors, belts). * Control of packaging parameters (volume, speed, torque). * Cleaning and sanitization of food equipment. 5\. Key Responsibilities 1\. Packaging Machinery Operation * Operate packaging machines (filling, capping, sealing, labeling) for PET bottles or other containers. * Perform basic parameter adjustments: fill volume, speed, cap torque, label alignment. * Verify proper sealing, weight/volume, and final product appearance. * Execute format changes according to product presentation (capacity, container type). * Detect and correct operational deviations during packaging. 2\. Support for Other Process Equipment * Support operation of: o Cold Press presses o Transfer pumps o Filtration or homogenization systems o Washing and disinfection equipment o Auxiliary process equipment * Temporarily replace other operators as required by operations. * Coordinate with production to optimize changeover times and process flow. 3\. In-Line Quality Control * Conduct in-process checks: o Fill volume .o Container integrity .o Coding and labeling * Verify compliance with GMP, HACCP, and internal procedures. * Record production data, losses, and incidents in established formats. * Immediately report quality deviations to supervisor. 4\. Cleaning, Sanitization, and Basic Maintenance * Perform cleaning and sanitization (CIP and COP) of packaging machines and associated equipment. * Support preventive maintenance: adjustments, basic lubrication, replacement of minor parts. * Identify and report mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic failures. * Coordinate with technical maintenance for major interventions. 5\. Safety, Order, and Operational Discipline * Comply with and enforce industrial safety regulations and mandatory use of PPE. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Participate in internal training on safety, quality, and operations. 6\. General Operational Support * Support general plant activities when machine workload permits: o Preparation of raw materials .o Warehouse or internal dispatch support .o Basic inventory counts * Actively collaborate with other teams (production, quality, maintenance, logistics). Salary: S/.1,800.00 \- S/.1,900.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
