A growing Peruvian laboratory dedicated to the manufacturing of **powdered nutritional supplements** is seeking **Production Operators** to join its plant team. We are looking for responsible, disciplined individuals committed to the quality of the final product. **Main responsibilities:** * Support production processes for powdered nutritional supplements. * Carry out weighing, mixing, portioning, and packaging activities. * Handle raw materials in compliance with established procedures. * Strictly comply with hygiene, safety, and GMP standards. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper disinfection of the work area. * Monitor the correct use of equipment and utensils. * Promptly report any deviations or incidents. * Assist with operational tasks assigned by the Production Supervisor. **Required profile:** * Completed secondary education. * Experience in production plants, food industry, or laboratories (desirable). * Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (desirable). * Organized, responsible, and punctual individual. * Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions. **We offer:** * Formal employment registration. * Ongoing training in production processes. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Market-competitive remuneration.
