Apply FORCAS analysis for operational and strategic decision-making. **Job Objective** Plan, supervise, and optimize plant production processes, ensuring achievement of operational targets, quality standards, and efficient resource utilization through comprehensive management of the production process and proactive team leadership, aligned with principles of industrial management and production. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily production operations, ensuring continuity, efficiency, and productivity. * Plan production considering installed capacity, available resources, and deadline compliance. * Lead, train, and develop operational staff, promoting order, discipline, safety, and teamwork. * Monitor adherence to production plans, scheduled timelines, and performance levels. * Propose and implement improvements in production and operational processes, focusing on quality, waste reduction, and cost optimization. * Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and logistics departments to ensure integrated management of the production process. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal procedures, and quality standards. * Prepare production reports and monitor management indicators. * Apply analysis of forces in the production and competitive environment (FORCAS / Porter's Forces) for operational and strategic decision-making. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree, professional title, or technical diploma in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Administration. * Minimum 5 years of experience as production manager or supervisor in a plant setting. * Strong capability in planning, organizing, and controlling the production process. * Experience in leadership, training, and managing operational staff. * Knowledge of continuous improvement, productivity, and process analysis. * Ability to apply force and competitive environment analysis (FORCAS). * Proactive, organized individual with initiative and results orientation. * Willingness to work onsite at the plant.
