Join Us **Requirements:** **Work Experience** * **General Experience:** Minimum 5 years in the engineering or construction sector. * **Specific Experience:** Minimum 3 years in project coordination or supervision roles for medium- or large-scale projects. * **Demonstrable Achievements:** Prior experience in cost control, subcontractor management, and direct interaction with corporate clients. **Specific Responsibilities** * Define the technical scope and project deliverables. * Develop the detailed schedule (Baseline) and determine the critical path. * Identify and quantify required resources. * Monitor on-site physical progress versus the planned schedule. * Manage the budget, implementing cost control measures to prevent deviations. * Prepare and submit monthly valuations and payment statements to the client. * Coordinate and supervise subcontractor and supplier performance. * Lead weekly progress meetings with project *stakeholders*. * Identify potential risks and execute mitigation plans. * Ensure processes comply with the Quality Plan. **Academic Qualifications** * **Education Level:** Degree in Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in MS Project. * Familiarity with AutoCAD (reading and reviewing); BIM methodology is desirable.
