We are currently seeking 01 PSYCHIATRIST for Alberto Barton Hospital.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform daily scheduled medical activities in coordination with personnel involved in patient care, within the appropriate timeframe.
* Perform psychiatry-specific medical procedures, formulate diagnoses, conduct examinations, and prescribe treatments for patients, respecting patient rights and adhering to established clinical protocols and management guidelines, according to the company's available technical and technological resources.
* Respond to consultation requests from inpatient wards and critical care areas, complying with current regulations and clinical practice guidelines.
* Record daily progress notes, prognosis, and treatment plans in the electronic medical record.
* Conduct consultations and patient transfers.
* Carry out epidemiological surveillance for all situations posing risks to the population; report notifiable diseases; and complete statistical records and controls for scientific and administrative purposes.
* Participate in evaluating service delivery activities and their impact on health services, applying established procedures and controls to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in job performance.
* Participate in developing and updating clinical practice manuals, standards, procedures, and protocols for the department.
* Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
* University degree in Human Medicine (licensed and authorized)
* Specialization in Psychiatry (RNE)
* Diplomas/Courses in Pharmacology, Basic CPR, and Intermediate-level MS Office
* Knowledge of psychopharmacological treatment management
* Minimum 3 years of experience in health centers, clinics, or hospitals
* Availability to work in Callao (Barton Hospital)
* Documented CV

Salary: S/.5,000.00 - S/.6,000.00 per month
