**Job Summary** We are looking for a Quality Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control in food production. **Responsibilities** * Monitor and ensure product quality and safety throughout the entire production, packaging, and storage processes. * Coordinate and conduct inspections, audits, and verifications to comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO, among others). * Approve release of raw materials and inputs suitable for production. * Plan and deliver training on sanitary regulations and quality standards. * Support regulatory audits (DIGESA and others). * Manage complaints and handling of non-conforming products. * Document inspection and testing results. * Receive and inspect raw materials, inputs, and supplies. * Perform weight control, scale calibration, and labeling and picking list verification. * Collaborate in identifying and resolving quality issues. **Requirements** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Food Industries or Technical degree in Quality Management. * Experience in quality control in food production. * Ability to work in a team. * Attention to detail and analytical skills. * Reside in areas adjacent to SJL, Santa Anita, Huaycán (East Zone). **We Offer:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Position type: Full-time * Schedule: Monday to Friday. * Positive work environment * Salary negotiable Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400.00 – S/.1,700.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
