Job Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and control infrastructure projects, ensuring quality standards and optimizing resources. Key Highlights: 1. Fieldwork coordination and supervision. 2. Optimization of equipment, tools, and human resources utilization. **REQUIREMENTS** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer with over 4 years of professional registration. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Resident Construction Engineer. * Minimum 2 years of documented experience as a Resident Construction Engineer on infrastructure projects. * Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, PowerCost, AutoCAD, and BIM methodology. * Knowledge of project planning, Last Planner, and Lookahead. * Experience in civil works and infrastructure projects. * Familiarity with PMBOK, BIM, Lean Construction, and the Last Planner System. * Availability to work in person in Callao. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate and supervise fieldwork activities, reporting progress to respective supervisors. * Conduct physical and economic monitoring and control of the project. * Prepare construction valuations for the client and subcontractors. * Prepare, monitor, and justify construction change orders (additions and deductions). * Ensure compliance with project quality, scope, schedule, and safety standards. * Optimize the use of equipment, tools, and human resources. * Plan and coordinate site personnel and subcontractor activities. * Supervise the quality and quantity of materials incorporated into construction execution. * Submit periodic progress reports and report any deviations. * Manage material requisitions and prepare technical and administrative reports related to the project. **BENEFITS** * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Labor benefits under the Microenterprise Regime. * Pleasant working environment. * Integration meetings.
