We seek someone to drive Operational Excellence for Construction Solutions by optimizing operations and strengthening EBITDA. What would your responsibilities be? Identify, analyze, and explore opportunities and trends across other operations and companies, as well as deeply understand the needs and opportunities within our own operations to propose effective solutions. Structure, analyze, and manage data to support decision-making based on accurate information. Lead, design, plan, and implement various high-impact projects aimed at reducing costs, meeting customer requirements, and/or driving operations to maximum efficiency. Conduct required economic evaluations to ensure the impact of improvement initiatives and generate significant operational savings. Develop and manage KPIs enabling each user and operational leader to continuously monitor and improve critical aspects of their work. Subsequently foster a cultural shift among operational users so they manage their activities based on established indicators and a constant pursuit of improvement. Lead, design, plan, and implement various high-impact projects aimed at reducing costs, meeting customer requirements, and/or driving operations to maximum efficiency. Requirements Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration, or related fields. 3+ years of experience in similar positions. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience working with costs and budgets. Previous fieldwork experience. Finance experience (desirable). Six Sigma (desirable).
