Stylist Role: As a Stylist, you will be an expert in creating innovative and personalized hairstyles, colors, and cuts for our clients. Your primary objective will be to deliver high-quality hairdressing and styling services, exceeding our clients’ expectations and helping them achieve a unique and stunning appearance. Delivering a Premium experience is key! Key Responsibilities: Client Consultations: You will meet with clients to understand their style needs and desires. You will listen to their preferences and provide expert advice on the best styles and techniques to enhance their appearance and personality. Hairdressing Services: You will use your cutting, styling, and coloring skills to deliver high-quality hairdressing services. You will create unique hairstyles—from modern, elegant cuts to elaborate event-specific styles—tailored to each client’s individual preferences and features. Trends and Creativity: You will stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling, coloring, and styling techniques. You will be a leader in the fashion and beauty industry, experimenting with new ideas and offering our clients modern, avant-garde options. Product and Hair Care Advice: You will recommend customized hair care products and routines to help clients maintain and enhance their appearance after their salon visit. You will share your expertise and knowledge to ensure our clients feel confident and satisfied with their styles at all times. Requirements: * Proven experience as a professional stylist, with skills in cutting, styling, and coloring. Preferred: \+5 years * Certifications and in-depth knowledge of the latest hairdressing trends and techniques. * Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs. * Creativity and passion for the art of styling. * Availability to work 48 hours per week, 6 or 5 days per week.
