At **Textil Anqori**, a women's fashion company specializing in denim, we are looking for a professional to lead and optimize our production processes, ensuring compliance with cost, quality, and delivery timelines. Main Responsibilities * Plan and monitor production. * Manage internal and external workshops. * Supervise cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing processes. * Control costs, consumption, and inventory. * Develop production indicators and reports. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. * Lead the production team. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in textile production, preferably in jeans manufacturing. * Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Knowledge of textile processes, cost control, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA). * Experience managing external workshops and suppliers.
