




Job Summary: We are seeking a Safety and Occupational Health Supervisor to lead teams, uphold industrial and environmental safety regulations, and manage risks and emergencies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead cleaning or maintenance work teams 2. Develop and maintain hazard identification matrices 3. Manage emergencies in terms of SSOMA **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Industrial Safety, Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Industrial, Environmental Safety Engineering, or related fields. * Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, Law No. 29783 (minimum 120 hours). * 3 years of experience as a cleaning or maintenance supervisor, leading verifiable work teams. * Training course in supervision for Working at Heights and Handling Chemical Substances. * Driver’s license A1\. * Basic knowledge of current Occupational Safety and Health regulations. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** * Maintain statistical records on accidents and incidents for at least the two years preceding the application date. Likewise, prevent fatal or lethal accidents involving the organization’s direct responsibility. * Develop and maintain the hazard identification matrix, risk assessment, risk evaluation, and control determination related to employee safety and health, as well as the management model or matrix concerning the company’s various environmental impacts and aspects. * Standardize work procedures or methodologies, identifying possible deviations or adverse effects that may arise, along with the necessary controls to mitigate their occurrence. * In emergency management, maintain a well-defined procedure or plan addressing any type of emergency that may arise in terms of SSOMA. * Maintain and review the list of assigned personnel (staff) responsible for performing tasks, including their respective comprehensive safety and competency certifications. * Develop and maintain occupational health surveillance plans or epidemiological surveillance plans. These enable understanding of appropriate responses during critical stages of typically serious disease onset. * Verify that correct cleaning products are used. **QUALITY OBLIGATIONS:** * Maintain control measures designed to reduce risks and communicate them to staff. * Maintain records of observations noted regarding safe or unsafe conditions during safety and environmental inspections. * Maintain accident statistics. * Attend and support inspections conducted by authorities. **OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH OBLIGATIONS:** * Use of headphones is prohibited in work areas. * Comply with Quality, Safety, and Environmental guidelines at client companies. * Report deterioration and/or wear of safety equipment and PPE for replacement. * Performing tasks outside one’s designated functions is prohibited. * Report work-related accidents and incidents. * Attend internal training sessions, safety talks, and occupational health sessions. * Comply with occupational safety and health parameters established by the organization and clients (RISST). **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary * Formal payroll registration * Statutory benefits (Essalud, bonuses, vacation pay, CTS). * Positive work environment Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,800\.00 per month Application question(s): * Are you available immediately?
