Growth opportunities and becoming part of a recognized organization **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **P.A.PERU SAC**, a company recognized for its excellence in Engineering, Construction, and Infrastructure projects — including civil, mining, electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, and natural gas works — is continuously seeking top talent; therefore, we are currently looking for 4 Capa Supervisors. **What profile are we seeking?** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position or similar functions. * Valid A1 driver's license. * Certificates verifying relevant experience (Mandatory). **What will be your challenges?** * According to work orders, plan, execute, supervise, and ensure proper execution of work orders, verifying that tasks are performed safely, with quality, and in compliance with environmental requirements. * Expedite field deployment of work crews and verify vehicle conditions prior to service dispatch. * Monitor performance and task completion by field operators per crew. * Conduct daily progress tracking of fieldwork, resolving technical and construction-related issues concerning materials and assigned tasks, as well as unforeseen field situations such as client conflicts or technical failures. * Coordinate with crew supervisors regarding requests for additional materials and equipment required to carry out tasks, ensuring timely resource availability. * Conduct unannounced inspections to verify correct work execution, adherence to procedures, and compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. **What benefits do we offer?** * Enrollment under the General Payroll Regime. * Mobility allowance. * Ongoing training. * Working alongside a team willing to share knowledge and challenges. * Working in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment. * Growth opportunities. * Becoming part of a recognized organization. **Position Details:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, plus two Saturdays per month at the same hours. * Location: Callao.
