Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Safety Supervisor to lead risk management, accident prevention, and regulatory compliance in safety, occupational health, and environmental management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage safety, occupational health, and environmental management 2. Prevent accidents and incidents and ensure regulatory compliance 3. Standardize procedures and maintain health surveillance plans **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Industrial Safety, Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Industrial Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, Law No. 29783 (minimum 120 hours). * Minimum 3 years of experience as a cleaning or maintenance supervisor, leading proven work teams. * Training course in supervision for Working at Heights and Chemical Substance Handling. * Driver's license A1. * Basic knowledge of current Occupational Safety and Health regulations. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** * Maintain statistical records on accidents and incidents for at least the past two years prior to application date. Likewise, prevent fatal or lethal accidents involving the organization’s direct responsibility. * Develop and maintain the hazard identification matrix, risk assessment and evaluation, and control determination related to employee safety and health, as well as the management model or matrix concerning the company’s various environmental impacts and aspects. * Standardize work procedures or methodologies, identifying potential deviations or adverse effects that may arise, and specifying necessary controls to mitigate their occurrence. * In emergency management, maintain a well-defined procedure or plan addressing any type of SSOMA-related emergency. * Maintain and review the list of personnel assigned to perform tasks, including their respective comprehensive safety and competency certifications. * Develop and maintain health surveillance plans or epidemiological surveillance plans, enabling appropriate responses during critical onset periods of typically severe illnesses. * Verify that correct cleaning products are used. **QUALITY OBLIGATIONS:** * Maintain control measures aimed at reducing risks and communicate them to staff. * Maintain records of observations noted during safety and environmental inspections regarding safe or unsafe conditions. * Maintain accident statistics. * Attend and support inspections conducted by authorities. **OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH OBLIGATIONS:** * Use of headphones is prohibited in work areas. * Comply with Quality, Safety, and Environmental guidelines applicable to the companies where work is performed. * Report deterioration and/or wear of safety equipment and PPE for replacement. * Performing tasks outside one’s designated functions is prohibited. * Report workplace accidents and incidents. * Attend internal safety and health training sessions and safety talks. * Comply with occupational safety and health parameters established by the organization and clients (RISST). **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary * Formal payroll registration * Statutory benefits (Essalud, bonuses, vacations, CTS). * Positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,800.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have immediate availability?
