Resolution of customer complaints A reputable company located in Callao is currently seeking personnel for the TELEMARKETER position, requiring the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduates of technical or university programs in Administration or related fields. \- Intermediate English level (Desirable). \- Intermediate Excel skills (Desirable) \- Two years of experience in administrative assistant, telemarketing, and/or customer service roles. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Provide efficient customer attention and service. \- Receive requests for services offered by the company. \- Enter information and verify request availability. \- Resolve customer complaints. \- Other duties inherent to the position.
