Currently, we are looking for a **TELEOPERATOR**. **JOB MISSION:** Ensure high-quality contact and develop assertive communication during the first instance of telephone customer service. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical graduate in Administration / Computing / Secretarial Studies / Other related fields. * 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of telephone switchboards. * Knowledge of CRM. (Not mandatory) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Continuously update user / customer information in the database. * Validate customer contact information accordingly. * Ensure assertive communication that specifically identifies the customer's needs. * Streamline customer / supplier contact processes to achieve optimal service response rates. * Route calls to the appropriate departments / units to ensure efficient call transfers.
