Responsibilities: * Develop and update the cocktail menu. * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. * Create innovative and balanced recipes to attract customers. * Ensure efficient and high-quality service at the bar. * Monitor beverage and supply inventory. * Maintain order and cleanliness of the bar throughout the shift. * Schedule: 6 pm \- 11 pm, 1 day off. * Assist with order taking. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions (bartender, barman, bar assistant). * Experience in customer service and handling alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. * Knowledge of classic mixology. * Proficiency in using bar tools. * Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactive, responsible, and punctual attitude.
