We seek an organized, responsible, and proactive individual capable of leading the production team and ensuring orders are delivered within established deadlines and meet required quality standards. Main Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and supervise daily workshop production. * Distribute and assign work orders to sewing staff. * Monitor order progress and ensure adherence to delivery deadlines. * Supervise garment quality at various stages of the production process. * Coordinate cutting, sewing, finishing, and order preparation activities. * Supervise and lead workshop personnel, promoting orderliness and task completion. * Identify production delays, errors, or issues and take timely corrective actions. * Monitor proper usage of fabrics, trimmings, and other inputs to minimize waste and rework. * Verify that machines and equipment are operational and coordinate maintenance as needed. * Maintain up-to-date records of production order status. * Periodically report workshop progress, incidents, and requirements to management.
