Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial and Collections Executive to contact and follow up with potential customers, manage documentation, and collect overdue credits. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting related tasks and accompanying customers **Commercial Executive and Collections** **\*WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?\*** \- Contact potential customers by phone and WhatsApp to invite them to apply for a loan. \- Follow up on application submissions and each customer's documentation. \- Accompany customers daily—once their documentation is complete—until approval by the Credit Department. \- Manage collection of overdue credits. \- Support other related tasks assigned by your direct supervisor. **\*WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?\*** \- Availability to work between San Isidro and Lince. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/collections of financial products, insurance, or credit cards (preferably loans). \- Technical and/or university education. \- Intermediate proficiency in Office (Excel and Word). \- Familiarity with any ERP or SAP system. \- Preferred experience in document review, risk assessment, or financial back-office operations. **\*WHAT DO WE OFFER?\*** \- Direct employment with full statutory benefits. \- Timely monthly salary payment. \- Competitive salary above market standards. \- Ongoing training programs. \- Excellent working environment and real growth opportunities.
