International company with professional growth opportunities Brand No specific Brand City Lima Work area Commercial \& Business Development Job type Internship **The Opportunity** ------------------ Commercial Intern **Your Responsibilities** ------------- Support the execution of commercial strategies with department stores. Facilitate analysis and information flow through tracking reports. * Code 100% of the portfolio for each assigned client. Ensure coding and submission of photos for web use. Submit logistical variables to CS to prevent rejections. * Ensure accurate loading of logistical data, costs, and pricing for each client. Request corrections if errors are identified at the point of sale. * Keep clients' product master files up to date. Clearly differentiate product-type codes. * Track purchase orders (POs) from B2B upload through processing and dispatch. Analyze against stock levels to manage recoveries. * Monitor campaign purchase compliance (Beauty, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Christmas). * Update the database with weekly and monthly TxD sales and inventory data. * Serve as the responsible person for sending product samples for campaigns/photos. * Conduct detailed tracking of rebate investments, verifying alignment with budget, identifying deviations, proposing improvements to optimize resource utilization, and preparing clear, periodic reports that provide visibility and transparency to management. * Negotiate launch proposals with clients, considering MKT support and historical data.
