Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Cook to ensure the preparation and presentation of café products while maintaining hygiene standards and supporting inventory management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with other departments during peak demand periods 2. Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen area 3. Prepare and plate products ensuring quality and presentation On behalf of our client, we are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and proactive Cook focused on ensuring proper preparation of café products in the Barranco district. **Responsibilities:** * Perform mise en place preparation to ensure efficient workflow. * Prepare and plate menu items, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation in every dish. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and disinfection of the kitchen area in compliance with hygiene standards. * Manage inventory, monitor supplies, and assist in order management. * Collaborate with other departments during high-demand periods (rush hours). **Requirements:** * Studies in Gastronomy or Culinary Arts (preferred). * Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook or in related positions. * Knowledge of preparing cold and hot café-style dishes. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and focus during production periods. **Working Conditions:** * Salary range: S/1500 to S/1700. * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Formal employment registration from day one. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
