Job Summary:
SSOMA Coordinator responsible for developing, updating, and submitting SSOMA documentation; verifying compliance with procedures; and coordinating project planning in the transportation sector.

A leading company in the transportation sector is seeking top talent for the position of: SSOMA Coordinator – Lurigancho Chosica.
Responsibilities:
- Develop SSOMA documentation for access to mining projects.
- Diagnose and assess the safety level of activities performed by plant personnel.
- Update the company's SSOMA documentation.
- Submit Safety (Occupational Health and Safety, Health, and Environmental) documentation according to client requirements and specified formats—such as Procedures, Records, Instructions, Manuals, and Supporting Documents—in alignment with our management system.
- Verify compliance with SSOMA Management System procedures and programs across the organization.
- Coordinate with involved departments to ensure proper project planning, as well as logistical requirements for effective SSOMA documentation, health, and environmental management.
- Implement preventive actions to avoid incidents and/or accidents by identifying hazards and assessing risks associated with company activities and working conditions.
- Supervise or prepare, as applicable, investigations into reported accidents or incidents, and ensure timely submission of accident reports.
- Conduct approved safety talks on occupational health and safety and environmental topics.
- Monitor and track organizational safety, health, and environmental management indicators and objectives.
- Establish guidelines and measures necessary to prevent non-conformities during Ministry of Labor inspections or any client-requested supplier certifications prior to project commencement.
- Maintain all SS Management System documentation up to date.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Safety, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a coordinator.
- Mandatory experience in the transportation sector.
Specific Knowledge:
- Intermediate Excel proficiency.
- Knowledge of high-risk work activities.
- Familiarity with Law No. 29783 on Occupational Safety and Health and Supreme Decree No. 005-2012-TR.

Salary: S/.2,600.00 – S/.3,000.00 per month
