**Mission:**
Collaborate in designing and implementing reports and metrics required to monitor Retail portfolio management strategies. Additionally, responsible for implementing information and indicator validation processes to ensure adherence to regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Collaborate in analyzing and identifying early warnings for risk deviations in Retail portfolios, based on statistical analysis, trends, and impact projections.
**What do we expect from you?**
* Graduate professional in fields such as: Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines aligned with banking.
Advanced knowledge of reporting tools, Power BI, Power Pivot.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience designing reports and monitoring metrics in roles such as Reporting, Risk Indicator Monitoring, Credit Risk Management, or Information Management.
* Proficiency in reporting tools (Power BI, Power Pivot, Tableau, others)

**What challenges will you face?**
* Develop analytical reports/dashboards related to credit risk management to diagnose causes of potential deviations in the Retail Banking Consumer and Corporate portfolios; present findings to teams responsible for Risk Admission Strategies and Collections.
* Periodically evaluate Risk Indicator results through established dashboards to generate early warnings for result deviations and propose possible changes to credit policy or de-risking actions to Risk Strategy owners.
* Execute new strategic projects aimed at optimizing, mitigating risks, and improving efficiency within the Unit’s processes.
* Identify early warnings regarding key portfolio risk indicators and deviations in collections or collection effectiveness, identifying and coordinating targeted collection strategies for customer segments exhibiting deviations, and tracking progress until expected portfolio risk levels are achieved.
* Participate in developing new reporting requirements for supervising specific actions related to admission and/or collections strategies, coordinating with Information Management, Technology, and Strategy teams.
* Execute validation processes for key variables that constitute risk-managed data. The objective is to support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure the quality of information used across the entire Risk Unit. Also validate indicators used by the parent company against data sources provided by the Information Management team.
* Process dashboards analyzing the risk/return relationship of the credit portfolio—both at the portfolio and origination levels. This analysis enables diagnosis of portfolio health and supports control over risk appetite, ensuring healthy and sustainable growth.
* Evaluate and implement emerging technologies—such as artificial intelligence and blockchain—that can enhance existing processes and products within the Risk area, through pilot testing and documenting results in an Emerging Technology Evaluation Report.
* Promote an organizational culture that values and supports innovation, working closely with Risk area leaders, organizing workshops and seminars, and developing a communication and training plan on innovation.
* Collaborate with various units to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions benefiting the entire Risk area, facilitating interdepartmental brainstorming sessions and creating a process map highlighting identified improvement areas.
* Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies to improve efficiency and reduce errors in risk management processes, developing and deploying RPA bots in key processes and monitoring their performance, documented in an Implementation Report with efficiency metrics
