We are looking for a **Filmmaker**: **What will be your mission?** Plan, produce, and edit audiovisual pieces—guiding ideas from conceptualization through post-production—and adapt them to each brand’s communication needs. **What do we require from you?** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Audiovisual Communication, Audiovisual Production, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in audiovisual recording and editing. * Proficiency in operating cameras, lighting equipment, and editing tools. * Strong visual judgment, composition skills, and foundational knowledge of art direction. * Familiarity with trends, formats, and narrative styles for social media. * Autonomy and initiative to propose and implement solutions. * Responsibility and commitment to coordination, deadlines, and deliverables. * Clear and assertive communication—both within the team and with clients. * Ability to receive feedback, adapt, and grow project by project. * Positive attitude for teamwork and flexibility during filming schedules. * Knowledge of AI tools applied to video, voiceovers, or post-production. **What will you do daily?** * Plan and execute content recordings for various brands. * Address technical aspects of filming: framing, lighting, backgrounds, audio, and composition. * Operate professional cameras, lights, and production equipment. * Edit videos for social media and other platforms using editing tools such as Adobe Premiere. * Develop shooting plans aligned with each project’s objectives. * Incorporate animations, text, subtitles, and other visual elements when required by the piece. * Adapt content to the language and format of each platform. * Use AI tools to support video creation, voiceovers, and optimization of audiovisual workflows. * Organize recorded material and ensure timely delivery. **What do we offer?** * Salary: S/.2,300\.00 per month * Formal payroll from day one under the MYPE regime. * Statutory benefits: half-year bonus (gratification), half-year CTS deposit, EsSalud enrollment, and 15 days of vacation. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Work modality: Hybrid * Workplace: Miraflores, Lima * Ongoing training. * Half-day off on your birthday. * Opportunity to collaborate with recognized brands. **Interested in applying?** Apply by sending your CV, CUL, and portfolio to **talento@laboratoriodigital.pe**, with the subject line: *Filmmaker – First and Last Name*. **Important:** Only applications including a portfolio will be reviewed.
