Position Summary: PROTECLINE SAC is seeking a Projects and Operations Manager to lead, plan, and supervise activities related to power systems and air conditioning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead, plan, and control technical department activities. 2. Supervise the execution of technical operations and schedules. 3. Prepare reports and maintain direct contact with the client. At PROTECLINE SAC, a company dedicated to projects and services in: POWER SYSTEMS (UPS, ELECTRICAL PANELS, GENERATORS, RECTIFIERS, INVERTERS) AND AIR CONDITIONING (COMFORT, PRECISION, INDUSTRIAL, AND FORCED VENTILATION) We are currently seeking a Projects and Operations Manager. Requirements: * Graduates in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, with knowledge of automation, air conditioning, and power systems, and a minimum of 2 years of experience. * Male candidates only. * Assertive individuals with sound judgment and organizational management skills. * Problem-solving ability. * Emotional stability and proactivity. * Ability to handle stressful situations. * Mature personality. * Leadership capability. Responsibilities: * Organize, plan, direct, evaluate, and control departmental activities. * Supervise the proper execution of technical operations according to schedule and per client. * Coordinate and establish work schedules jointly with each technician. * Also efficiently and effectively validate compliance with such schedules. * Supervise the design and development of work plans and programs prepared by each section or subsection of the Technical Department, evaluating their implementation by respective section heads. * Prepare reports and maintain direct contact with the client. * Submit and justify monthly reports to Management regarding the management and control of operations conducted by the Technical Department. * Sign and stamp various reports generated by the Technical Department, verifying that the file complies with the terms of reference and matches the results stated in the reports.
