Opportunity to work in a professional and dynamic environment. **Job Description: Housekeeper / Room Attendant** Hotel Residencial Alfa, located in Jesús María, Lima, seeks a professional responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and excellent appearance of guest rooms and common areas. The primary objective is to ensure every guest experiences an immaculate, safe, and welcoming environment, meeting quality standards and timeframes established by management. **2\. Key Functions and Responsibilities** **Room Cleaning (Check\-out and Stay\-over):** * Make beds following the hotel’s aesthetic protocols. * Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms (toilets, showers, mirrors, and fixtures). * Restock supplies (amenities), fresh towels, and toilet paper. * Sweep and mop floors; dust furniture, lamps, and windows. * Remove trash and ensure no belongings from previous guests remain. **Maintenance of Common Areas:** * Clean hallways, reception, and lounge areas. * Ensure high-touch points (door handles, light switches) are disinfected. **Candidate Profile** * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in similar roles (preferably in hospitality or service industries). * **Skills:** Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and capacity to work under pressure during peak *check\-in* hours. * **Attitude:** Honesty, punctuality, and service orientation (courtesy when interacting with guests). * **Physical condition:** Ability to move around, carry supplies, and remain active throughout the shift. **Benefits and Conditions** * Compensation: 1200 soles per month * Productivity bonuses * **Schedule:** Morning shift from 9 AM to 6 PM, 48 hours per week. * **Environment:** Work in a professional and dynamic environment.
