Wishing you great success throughout this process! **Information Security Governance Analyst** **Mission:** Contribute to achieving the objectives of the Information Security Governance team in Peru by ensuring appropriate management of regulatory requirements, audits, and international standards (PCI, NIST, ISO 27001), guaranteeing alignment with BNS global policies and local regulations, and strengthening security governance and culture across the entire Peru Group. **What We Expect From You?** * Professional in Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Security and 3 years in Technology-related areas. * Desired certifications: ISO 27001 (Implementer/Auditor), CISA, CISM, COBIT, ITIL. * Knowledge of standards and frameworks: PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, SBS regulations, SMV regulations, Personal Data Protection Law, SOX, and OSFI. * Advanced English (spoken and written) for interaction with global teams and regulators. * Analytical ability, project management skills, cross-functional coordination, and executive communication skills. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of databases, network architecture, and data analysis. **What Challenges Will You Face?** * Directly coordinate with local and international regulators, global and internal audits, and consulting firms during compliance reviews. * Manage evidence and substantiate information during audits to avoid findings or regulatory penalties. * Monitor and track action plans arising from audits and regulatory assessments. * Align responses and projects with global Security teams in Canada (BNS). * Identify risks in security processes and propose mitigation strategies. * Lead and coordinate security projects across local and global teams. * Prepare and present executive reports to the CISO, Canada, and key stakeholders. * Drive continuous improvement in security governance processes and promote security culture across the entire Peru Group.
