Continuous improvement of control processes **Job Description** ---------------------- Support information security and governance by documenting and automating tasks to enhance monitoring and risk management. Provide support in access management (provisioning, de-provisioning, and modifications), keeping role and profile matrices up to date. Track employees' participation in phishing campaigns and information security awareness training. Analyze security campaign data to identify cases requiring follow-up or corrective actions. Support the monthly preparation and consolidation of security indicators in coordination with IT Systems and HR. Review and document the calculation methodology for information security indicators. Support the automation of operational tasks such as reporting, evidence collection, reminders, and approval workflows. Contribute to the improvement of control processes through data analysis and guided use of automation and AI tools. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Currently enrolled in a degree program in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields. * Interest in information security, controls, and risk management. * Interest in process automation and AI usage to improve operational efficiency. * Skills: analytical ability, organization, attention to detail, and effective written communication. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency and basic Power BI knowledge. * Power Automate or approval workflows (desirable).
