Professional development opportunities and career progression path Our client, a leading Peruvian company specializing in the distribution of data communication equipment, servers, and cybersecurity solutions, has entrusted us with sourcing a **Junior Engineer to provide** **technical-commercial support.** **What are the main responsibilities?** * Provide pre-sales support to the sales team by addressing technical inquiries, preparing proposals, quotations, and service configurations for corporate clients. * Conduct technical feasibility assessments for implementation projects. * Participate alongside the sales team in client meetings, delivering technical advisory support throughout the sales process. * Oversee the activation process for standard services and special projects. * Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for projects, ensuring timely tracking of each implementation. * Stay current on the technical specifications and functionalities of the company’s commercialized solutions. **What are we looking for?** * Graduate in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Networking, Computer Systems, or related fields. * Minimum **1 year** of experience in pre-sales roles. * Knowledge of IP networks and TCP/IP protocol, as well as switches, routers, firewalls, honeypots, and servers. * Familiarity with basic configuration of networking and security equipment for enterprise environments. * Proficiency with monitoring tools and ability to interpret infrastructure availability and performance indicators. * Intermediate-level English proficiency, sufficient to read and interpret technical datasheets, manuals, and specialized documentation. * Strong capacity for learning to quickly acquire knowledge about technical specifications and configuration of new vendor equipment. **What are the employment conditions?** * Formal employment under the MYPE regime, including all statutory benefits. * Hybrid work arrangement. * Office located in Santiago de Surco. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am \- 6:00 pm. **What benefits do we offer?** * Professional development opportunities and career progression path. * Excellent working environment. * Ongoing training on networking solutions, technology infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
